Jerichodaize Posted August 22, 2011 Report Share Posted August 22, 2011 Coat 1 lb scallop with 1/4 cup of flour 1/4 tsp seasalt dash of fresh cracked pepper cook scallops in oil approx 1 min each side until lightly browned and tender. place on hot plate Heat the following ingredients together, mix well and pour over scallops 2 tblsp melted butter 2 tblsp lemon juice 1 tsp grated lemon rind 1 tsp chopped parsley Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
