Grilled Shrimp.

12 skewers sticks soaked in water for half an hour.

 

48 Large shrimp devain, butterfly and leave tail on.

 

1/4 cup canola or light tasteing olive oil

2 tblsp fresh ground black pepper.

 

 

combine pepper and oil, place four shrimp on skewer stick and then brush oil and pepper mix on shrimp, place shrimp on a hot oiled ( grilling pam ) grill and cook approx 3 mins each side or until pink.

Cajun Grilled Shrimp (diabetic person)

(can make Four portions)

 

1 1/4 lbs (Six hundred grams) large shrimp, shelled and deveined

1 tbs (15 milliliter) freshly squeezed lemon juice

oil or non stick spray for that barbeque grill

Two tbsps (8 g) chopped flat-leaf parsley

Cajun seasoning

1/2 tbs (Seven.Five milliliter) good-quality chile powder

1/2 tbs (Seven.Five ml) Hungarian paprika

1/2 teaspoon (2.Five milliliter) garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon (Two.5 ml) onion natural powder

1/4 tsp (One.25 ml) newly ground spice up

1/4 tsp (One.Twenty five ml) cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon (1.25 milliliter) crushed dried out oregano

1/4 teaspoon (1.Twenty five ml) crushed dried thyme

 

Light the barbeque grill or preheat the actual broiler. In a tiny bowl, mix the actual seasoning ingredients.

Add the actual shrimp as well as throw to equally coat. Line the actual shrimp on to 4 steel skewers and snow with lemon juice.

When prepared to barbeque grill, lightly brush the grill rack along with oil. Barbeque grill the actual shrimp till they are cooked via and lightly charred round the sides, 3 to 5 moments per side. Spread along with parsley and function hot.

 

 

 

For each serving: 113 calories from fat (12% calories from fat), 22 grams proteins, One grams complete body fat (Zero.Four grams saturated fat), 2 g carbs, One g soluble fiber, 202 milligrams cholesterol, 243 mg salt
