Jerichodaize Posted August 22, 2011 Report Share Posted August 22, 2011 12 skewers sticks soaked in water for half an hour. 48 Large shrimp devain, butterfly and leave tail on. 1/4 cup canola or light tasteing olive oil 2 tblsp fresh ground black pepper. combine pepper and oil, place four shrimp on skewer stick and then brush oil and pepper mix on shrimp, place shrimp on a hot oiled ( grilling pam ) grill and cook approx 3 mins each side or until pink.
