Hey guys, First off this is my first ever forum post. However I’m renovating my 1999 Robalo 2100 bay hunter and it has turned into a big project. I’m having trouble finding any type of schematics or diagrams for any part on this hull. Any input regarding the 2100/2109 tunnel hull differences would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if anyone knows where I can’t find older robalo manuals, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, specifications, or any type of technical date related to this specific hull would be great. thanks! -Tony D

Hey everyone, Im looking at my first boat purchase and am considering a 1999 Robalo 2420, link below, and was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on the quality of this boat and advice on what to look for when inspecting it and taking it on a sea trial? https://www.popyachts.com/center-console-fishing-boats-for-sale/robalo-2420-center-console-in-dana-point-california-117561 Also, Ive heard that Robalo was owned by someone else in 1999, did this impact the quality of boats built then? Thanks everyone, really looking forward to (hopefully) owning this boat but want to be sure about it!

Hi all, My 1999 2420 has a very loose aft cleat, port side. I cannot seem to locate an access portal to reach what could possibly be the inner nuts that would hold this in place. The screws just turn with no resistance. Can anybody help with what seemingly should be an easy fix? Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a 1999 2120 Robalo with an Evinrude 150HP. We went through everything, needs a major cleaning, lower unit of engine needs to be replaced(found millions of metal pieces-very tiny- in the lower unit oil and on the magnet plug. There is only one red flag that we see. The HIN number has been scraped off and a new one was put on. It was a very poor job, you can see the paste that was used to fill the hole. The guy were buying it from said it was like that when he bought it and hes had it for 6 years. I did some more research on it and it turns out that serial number is for a Wahoo Boat. (HIN NUMBER BELOW). So what should I do now? Can I call Coast Guard or the police to verify that it isnt a stolen boat and that HIN number is the correct one? It is registered b y the way and he has all the titles too. We are making the deal Tomorrow or Tuesday so quick answers are appreciated. HIN NUMBER: Thanks.
